After the KYC a few bonuses will be offered if you would like to get extra funds (like first deposit bonus). I usually avoid them so can't tell about the conditions.
Support team is very kind. Contacted via online chat and asked about kyc, ea usage.

Customer service response times

The customer service tends to be quite slow on Fridays and weekends, often unresponsive. I initiated a withdrawal yesterday and have yet to see any progress. I'm still awaiting a response from customer service and will provide an update on Monday. UPDATE: I spoke with my account manager, and he reviewed and processed the withdrawal within two days. Execution on MT5 was smooth, though.
