The product I ordered online arrived severely damaged. The customer service department was unresponsive, and when they finally did reply, they refused to replace or refund my purchase. This was a costly order, and despite liking the product offerings, I would never do business with them again, even at a significantly lower price. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I don't trust this company due to poor ethics and business practices.
