I've contacted them multiple times via email about my order and its cancellation since it didn't arrive before Christmas, and I received no tracking information. I placed my order on December 3, thinking it would ship from a US location. Even if it was sent from elsewhere, I've made several attempts to connect, but have yet to receive a response.
