I ordered two pizzas from this restaurant through just eat. After the order was placed and paid for, I only received one pizza. I immediately called the restaurant and after apologising for forgetting the second pizza they said I would need to get a refund from just eat. I’m not registered with just eat, I don’t have the app and I ordered through the website as a guest. The restaurant is not interested and they are not being helpful at all.
