I wrote a review on january 15th about an order I placed on november 19th, and to this day I haven't received the package or a refund. They kept saying it was late, but that it was coming for a whole two months. Today, march 5th, I still haven't received the package or a refund, even though they told me that if I didn't hear from them by february 15th, I would receive a refund. They haven't refunded my money clearly and haven't responded to my emails in six days. What a way to play with other people's money! This is the most irresponsible brand I've ever bought from. I just want what's fair, a refund. Please refund my money and stop taking advantage of your customers. I wish I could upload all the evidence so you can see with you own eyes.
