I wrote a review on january 15th about an order I placed on november 19th, and to this day I haven't received the package or a refund. They kept saying it was late, but that it was coming for a whole two months. Today, march 5th, I still haven't received the package or a refund, even though they told me that if I didn't hear from them by february 15th, I would receive a refund. They haven't refunded my money clearly and haven't responded to my emails in six days. What a way to play with other people's money! This is the most irresponsible brand I've ever bought from. I just want what's fair, a refund. Please refund my money and stop taking advantage of your customers. I wish I could upload all the evidence so you can see with you own eyes.

Do not purchase from them!!****This company is a scam. Purchased in december, they disingenuously doubled my order (2 pairs of the same shoes) I have email 6 times now to cancel one of those and have received only one reply saying they would look into this, but have never been contact since. 1 pair has been dispatched, I have been charged for 2 pairs.

SCAM Order Never Received, Refund Refused

Order never arrived Total scam!! More than a month later they still delay responses and refuse a refund while insisting it was shipped. They will steal your money and you will not received anything. AVOID!!!

DONT ORDER WORST PAGE EVER

How is it possible that I placed this order on November 19th, almost two months ago, and you haven't delivered the package? And to top it all off, you claim it's being delivered urgently after a whole month! How dare you ask me for more time when the USPS tracking hasn't been updated since December 10th? You are irresponsible. What you need to do is refund my money. I'm going to report to you.

Second time I ordered here and must say I’m more then surprised. Let alone the packaging is premium. The details are immaculate and stand out with other brands. No cheap made in china clothing like other brands. My wardrobe will only see new clothing from Ziamore from now on haha
