Their customer service is poor. I had to reach out multiple times on different platforms for an update on my order. After over two weeks, I finally got a response stating that my order is missing. I understand it's a busy season, but good customer service is essential for retaining customers. I appreciate their designs but I'm hesitant to buy again due to this experience. Their strict no-return, no-exchange policy feels questionable, especially for a small business. I've had great experiences with other small businesses that handle issues well, making me a repeat customer. I’m not surprised by the low ratings, and I believe this company could thrive if they had better staff. I can't comment on the clothing quality.
