If I could rate lower, I definitely would. The support team is completely unhelpful and frustrating. The prices are excessive for average products. It’s outrageous that they don’t provide refunds. Even for exchanges, I had to pay return shipping costs due to their confusing sizing. What happened to the idea that the customer is always right? I won't be purchasing from them again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible and completely unhelpful. They charge excessively for average products. The refusal to issue refunds is absurd. Even for exchanges, I had to pay for return shipping, even though their sizing is inconsistent and it should be their responsibility. What happened to the idea that the customer is always right? I will never shop with them again, and I advise others to avoid them as well.
I placed a large order with this company - a few t-shirts, a necklace, and a skirt. It's disappointing because the quality is nice, but the service is so poor that I won't order again. The skirt didn't fit (it was too large) and I simply wanted to exchange it. They barely respond to emails or direct messages. When they finally did, they said exchanges are against their terms, which is illegal under UK law. I have no tolerance for dishonest practices, especially when trying to support small businesses. Very disappointing.
This brand is not good at all. They are unreliable and inconsistent. They claim to uphold certain values but their customer service, shipping, and response rates are terrible. Two of my orders had to be refunded after weeks of no reply. I only received a refund after commenting on their posts. Even their popular jacket arrived dirty. I'm not alone in this; there are many similar comments and reviews. Avoid this brand. Their supposed 'comfort' tracksuit is also subpar. They don't disclose materials or manufacturing details, and it feels cheap. They just have a large team to promote their brand and mislead customers.
I will not be purchasing from them again. They do have quality clothing, but it's overpriced compared to what you receive. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. If you order the wrong size, you might as well consider your money wasted since they won’t allow exchanges. I understand their no-refund policy.

I understand it's a busy season, but good customer service is essential for retaining customers. I appreciate their designs but I'm hesitant to buy again due to this experience. Their strict no-return, no-exchange policy feels questionable, especially for a small business. I've had great experiences with other small businesses that handle issues well, making me a repeat customer. I’m not surprised by the low ratings, and I believe this company could thrive if they had better staff. I can't comment on the clothing quality.
