Extremely Disappointed with the Purchase

I placed an order for a Christmas gift in early December, but it didn't ship until after the holiday. I reached out to the service to cancel if it wasn't delivered by Christmas. Now, I'm still in contact with customer support, expressing my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of the product and requesting a refund. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card. This is a necklace that cost $5 to make, yet I was charged $70. It's definitely not worth the price.
