I sold one group of books and that went well. The second group had a college chemistry model kit in "like new" condition that I luckily took pictures of. They offered me $17 for it and a few dollars for the books they accepted. They assessed the kit as damaged and I received $3.10 total !
I have called them for over 2 weeks- you get a recording with no response. I have emailed them twice with pictures of the kit. No response.
There is no way to talk to a real person regarding your books. I will never sell to them again.
