I was told several books had been rejected due to having no covers or damaged ones. This was untrue as all the books had a cover in satisfactory condition. They had previously accepted books with inferior covers. They also stated that the book they had offered the greatest price for, had not been received! All the books were sent in the same parcel secured with tape and string! I do not see how they could have not received it. I also did not realise that books they reject will be disposed of, not returned.
