We just had 2 months of really bad service from Ziggo on a problem that we flag out in June. It took them 2 months to finally agree and recognize the problem. During that time we had to use our 4G to get online. We ask them for a refund. They admit their incompetence but don't want to be accountable. When you pay 62 euro per month be accountable.
