Poor customer support is an understatement. They have no IVR in English, no support offered to customer in English, you spend 45 minutes to navigate through the IVR to eventually talk to someone who tells you: "well, this is a Dutch company and we speak only Dutch!". When i heard this i told him this was an unbelievable statement to tell a customer who's paying 80 euros a month and he said: "What?! You interrupt me? Bye!"and hangs up. This is abusive, rude, ridiculous service and what makes it worse is that it will not be addressed. In 21 century, in a country in the European Union. Will say bye to this crappy provider.
