⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall a good experience. Communication is very professional, fast, and transparent. All my questions were answered at any time and I always felt well supported. I especially appreciated that they enabled contact with a manufacturer who is not present on the common trading or sourcing platforms. The support of a translator was also very helpful.I would generally like to give five stars, however I find the price-performance ratio somewhat critical in relation to the results achieved. We invested a significant amount of money, and especially regarding price negotiations I expected stronger outcomes. As an experienced Key Account Manager / sales professional, one can sometimes achieve similar or even better negotiation results independently. For example, reducing a price only from $12.77 to $12.36 does not, in my view, justify the use of an expensive sourcing agent.Conclusion: Highly recommended if you need support with manufacturer sourcing and communication. And networking. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to price negotiations.
