The initial sales pitch was impressive, with an estimated $4,500 for sourcing what we needed. However, shortly after starting the project, we exceeded that amount, with no clear estimate for the final cost and after a meeting, their reply is "Well thats how it is" . On top of that, much of the sourcing has been incorrect, including wrong specifications, and we're still expected to pay. It's also clear that they lack the specialist knowledge they initially claimed.Also note we have sourced ourselves in China etc for 12 years! and will stick to it ourselves.
