The ZIIP Halo is my favorite anti-aging device. I even travel with it. When it started to crack, I contacted Customer Service because it was still under warranty. They quickly replaced it. The new one arrived within 3 days so I didn’t have to be without it for too long. It’s definitely an investment but ZIIP Beauty stands behind their product.
