I think my skin does get visibly better after a few days. The default 4-minute setting is borderline too painful for me, so I rotate it with other milder settings (like "the Founder's Favorite"). My only critique of the ZIIP Halo is that it doesn't come with any cover/case...how am I supposed to transport it?? For something at this price I'd expect the product to be more thoughtful for the users.
