I had read a lot of good comments before I decided to purchase it. My first ZIIP halo broke down after 2 months. I asked about repair but was told that the warranty did not cover as I did not buy it from the official website. After second thought, i decided to give it another chance. So, there is my second device. I have tried it out for 7 months. Unfortunately, I have not seen any difference in my skin although I spend almost half an hour a day using it on my face. Quite disappointed. As I have spent a lot on it, I will continue to use it. But, to tell the truth, it doesn’t worth what what I paid.
