Just started using my ziip one week ago. So far I like that it is very easy to use, the item itself is very light and easily fit in my hand. The default treatment is great but is the only one you can do without the app. I definitely recommend using the app, it is pretty simple to download and use. With the app you will have access to many different treatments that are amazing.
