I am Long-term customer and seem to have the same issue with this device. The ZIIP Halo is used nearly daily, so the quality from a performance standpoint is lacking. There is a limited warranty (I just learned) and the malfunctioning device is just outside of that time line, so ZIIP customer service will not honor a replacement. This is not an inexpensive item, (nearly 500$ with activating gels and products) I have bought two different models over the years and recomended ZIIP to many friends. It is very disappointing that ZIIP Beauty does not stand behind their expensive beauty devices any better than they do.
