ZIIP Halo’s customer service lives up to its products name: 1) The customer service response was so fast you might call it “zippy.” 2) The customer service team was heavenly in that they were in continuous contact with me and were able to reroute the delivery of my replacement as the ZIIP was a gift from my daughter and I was not the purchaser of record.
