i have made my order 5 days ago. Finally today I've got a message from fedex that the ziip will be delivered today. I waited in anticipation and was very excited. Unfortunately the driver sent me an email saying that i missed my delivery because i was not at the location. Obviously it was a lie, i was here all day and we also have onsite receptionist. I am very disappointed by this and although the ziip halo customer care was quick in their response, it was not able to help. They just confirmed what fedex said and confirmed that they would try redelivery in 2 days. I feel that companies should rely on reliable and serious delivery companies. Too often curriers pretend to deliver goods and then the delivery gets further delayed by days if not weeks, and in the meantime we get frustrated and upset and unheard, because all there is available to customers now a days are automated responses. I am tired of this and I think someone should be held responsible,I feel bullied by delivery companies. I would like to point out that under uk law the retailer is responsible for ensuring my order is delivered, even if the currier falsely claims to have attempted a delivery. This is a very expensive item and things should not be handled the way they have been, with carelessness and nobody taking accountability. So I am leaving a 2 star review.
