I have had my Ziip halo for almostn2 years. In the last month it has been shocking me so bad it fell out of my hand. It grabs my face and shocks so bad it hurts.i have tried to get in touch with the company and I am getting the run around. I should have just stayed with the nuface which I have had longer and never had a problem.
