I bought the ZIIP On Saturday and delivered on Monday. Turned on and lit up white then flashing orange but turned off 10 seconds later. I put it on charge. I pressed the on button whilst charging this time, as manual said do this. Tried ZIIP again last night but still dies after 10 seconds. Charged overnight again and just checked again and still not working.To get a new replacement, I tried to find a telephone number to ring but none available. Completed a contact form and now see it will take 3 working days to respond. This isn’t good enough for a purchase of £439.99Get proper people in to service customers!
