I ordered a Ziip Halo and paid extra for Saturday delivery only to receive a notification that it would be delivered on Friday (no one at home). I questioned this and explained why it wasn't suitable. After multiple emails back and forth I arranged to take the following Tuesday off work (I'm self employed so lost income) and received confirmation that the parcel would be delivered on the Tuesday. I waited at home all day and it did not arrive. I was then told it was being returned to sender because no one was home to take delivery. I asked direct questions which were not answered. I asked to make a complaint and this was ignored. Ultimately I completely lost faith in their customer service and have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. It became clear that different customer service representatives were responding to the email directly in front of them without looking at previous emails. If they cannot organise deliveries (they are responsible for the couriers they choose to use) and they cannot respond appropriately to emails I would not trust them to manage any actual issues with the device. Extremely disappointing.
