I received a faulty Ziip Halo (it doesn’t even switch on) so I emailed them. After them telling me which charger to use (I’ve already been using 5v chargers and it makes no difference) they’ve stopped responding, even though I’ve sent them video evidence of the fact that the device is completely dead. For a product that costs hundreds of pounds, for them to not even reply anymore is shocking. They clearly have no idea that we have consumer rights in this country. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
