Absolutely love the device and the results from use of Ziip. I was somewhat "addicted'. But after 11 months the device stopped working properly, customer service replaced the device. The replacement has not worked consistently or properly since November. Even after repeated requests for return/refund, I have been told repeatedly that I must send photos/videos of the issues. That is not something I have bee able to do. So, I have an expensive, non working device and a LOT of frustration and at this point, anger.
