Absolutely, 100% one of those places that is operating right on the line of being outright fraud. You will purchase a card, or someone will give you one, and when you attempt to redeem it you will get an error every single time. Either "you're not in the US" or "You're on a VPN" or some other inapplicable nonsense. The game is to sell them and hide the zero intention to allow anyone to redeem them behind excuses about user error or technical difficulties.

Went on the website to redeem, did that, and then got sent the e-gift card from the store I chose, BUT........NO BAR CODE.........for either card........Tried to open on phone, as well as computer.......no dice..........calling customer service gets you nothing......just automated circular system........DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS........

Tried scratching off the silver and it took the number also. No place on the card for any exp date. Weird why a gift card needs an expiration date. Don't do my boss handed them out as gifts but no way to redeem. I just threw it in the garbage.

The whole thing is a SCAM!!! I purchased card in store with cash (birthday money I received from my mom) . Went to redeem it on their website, and got "Unable to process order". I then called, the guy said that unfortunately due to technical issues the card number cannot be used and that they would send me a cheque in 3-4 weeks. To do that, they need my name, address, phone number and my DATE OF BIRTH. Why the F do they need my date of birth! I said ok, I will give you A date of birth, then surprise surprise due to him having a technical issue, he could not complete the refund request and told me to call back! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I called back, got someone with better English who "Completed refund request", Not sure I will ever see the money, and it was $100. Im so upset.

Surprised by the negative reviews, but my experience matches them

I was taken aback to find that this service has mostly negative feedback, but my experience aligns with that. I received a $25 gift card, and the first issue was that I couldn't check my balance. It indicated that I needed to be in the US or disable my VPN, but I was in the US and not using a VPN while entering my gift card details. Additionally, I couldn't use it for an online purchase or save it to my digital wallet. I'm confused about why this is happening and why I wasn't simply given a standard gift card instead of one from this company.

Mixed feelings about the gift card options

I've received several of these gift cards as gifts. They promote having 'zillions of gifts,' yet there are only a few locations to use them. Out of the two cards I had, one provided more options than the other, which confused me. However, I did have a positive experience when redeeming my cards.

E-gift card never received, poor support

After redeeming the gift card, the service was supposed to send an e-gift card to my email, but it never came. I attempted to resend it, yet there was still no delivery. Customer support was unhelpful, making this feel like a scam.

Still waiting for my redeemed e-gift card and confirmation

I have not yet received the e-gift card I redeemed. There was no confirmation email or any communication with an order number. When I tried to request the order number from the website, I didn't receive anything, not even in my junk mail. The card shows a $0 balance now according to the automated phone system.

Disappointed with the Gift Card Experience

I received a gift card from a family friend for Christmas, which is supposed to be redeemed for another gift card via email. Unfortunately, I never got that email. I attempted to use the resend email link multiple times, but still received nothing. I then reached out to customer service, but the email still didn't arrive. This feels like a complete scam; they send out emails but offer no support since you can't respond to them!

The online service is completely dysfunctional.

The online service is non-functional. The website was unresponsive. I eventually found a customer service number to reach out to. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was advised to wait a few hours and try again. That wasn't a satisfactory solution for me. They mentioned they would issue a check in approximately three weeks after their investigation. This is the worst system I've encountered. DO NOT waste your money with this platform.
