I got a gift card worth $200. I have the gift receipt. I redeemed for one card of $100 on 2-7-26. I got the email and redeemed it at the restaurant successfully.
Then, on 3-6-26 I tried to redeem for the$100 that was left and was told online and by phone that the card had zero balance! The automated phone message even said there was only one transaction for $100 on February 2nd.
I searched for customer service that would lead me to a live person and was hung up on. The website did not offer a way to complain or send an email.
THEY STOLE $100 FROM ME AND HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
