Extremely disappointing experience; they are nothing but fraudsters. My partner placed an order over a month ago, and what was promised as a 2-3 day delivery turned into weeks. Attempts to reach out via messaging go unanswered, and we were told to follow up with the courier. Despite multiple requests for a refund, we have received no response. I will be reporting this business to the relevant authorities. Never again!
