Extremely disappointing experience, seems like a scam. My spouse placed an order well over a month ago, and what was promised as a 2-3 day delivery turned into weeks. Attempts to reach out through messaging went unanswered, and we were repeatedly told to follow up with the courier. Despite numerous requests for a refund, we have seen no results. I plan to report this business to the appropriate authorities. Never again!

Fraudulent Experience

Extremely disappointing experience; they are nothing but fraudsters. My partner placed an order over a month ago, and what was promised as a 2-3 day delivery turned into weeks. Avoid at All Costs

Do not purchase from them, steer clear at all costs; I wish there was a -5 rating for reviews. I ordered four weeks ago, and still have not received anything, even though it was supposed to arrive in three days. I tried to call for assistance but received no answer, and when I messaged, they instructed me to contact the courier. However, the courier stated that if it's been over seven days, the sender must reach out. I asked for a full refund, but they refuse. I will keep updating on this situation, and they will not get away with this.

Incorrect and Expired Products

Do not purchase; I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. Please avoid wasting your money. They sent me incorrect items flavor-wise; I ordered one flavor but received another, and some products were expired. The business does not respond on messaging. Like many others, I regret spending my money with them.

I received an envelope that was completely empty and can't get through to them, as they seem unable to understand my issue.

Poor Communication

Initially, their messaging service was unresponsive; I inquired about my order on August 19 and received no reply until August 26. I eventually placed my order online and still have not received it. The delivery service is unacceptable, especially since they appear online every day but ignore messages.

Extremely Poor Service

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong order, and when I tried to follow up, they claimed the office was closed and that an email was sent regarding stock issues. I never received such an email. They suggested returning items for a refund, yet expect customers to cover return shipping costs. It’s their mistake, so why should I bear that expense? Very unsatisfactory service.

Disappointing Customer Service

I ordered from this company, and initially, my order was delivered to the wrong address. After nearly two weeks, I received my parcel, but one item was the wrong flavor, and another was spoiled. I attempted to get a replacement or refund but was ignored when I requested a return label. I was only able to get my money back through a bank dispute. Never again.
