Big thank you to Thomas on customer care, I purchased a zinc 3 wheeled scooter about 6 months ago unfortunately due to heavy use the steering bolts kept coming loose. I contacted zinc through the website and got a prompt response from Tomas who after understanding my issue asked for my address and 24 hours later I had replacement bolts and now have my lads scooter up and running again. It was a breath of fresh air having a company that actually can deal with a defect issue and actually provide the parts to carry out a repair and I also hope it gets followed up and Thomas rewarded for his work and making my experience pain free.
