What I received was merely a laminated photo on acrylic plastic, far from the high-quality product shown in their advertisements. This feels misleading. The item appears cheap and poorly crafted, not at all up to the standards they claim. I reached out to the seller for a full refund, but they refused, despite the product not matching their description. I also filed a claim through a payment service, but that was denied as well. Please be cautious: do NOT purchase from this company. The quality is subpar, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful. I feel cheated and hope others avoid the same fate.
