I am utterly dissatisfied with my recent experience. I bought a customized family ornament for over $86, anticipating a lifelike rendering as promised on the website. Instead, I received a simple laminated photo attached to acrylic plastic — nothing at all like the detailed, high-quality product advertised. This feels completely misleading. The item appears cheap, poorly constructed, and far from the quality they guarantee. I reached out to the seller directly, but they refused to issue a full refund, despite the product clearly not aligning with their description. I even filed a claim through a payment service, but that was denied as well. Be cautious: do NOT purchase from this company. The quality is subpar, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful. I feel cheated and I hope others do not have to endure the same situation.
Caution to everyone. I ordered a personalized 3-D sculpture but received a poor-quality 2-D item instead. They refuse to accept returns or issue a refund. Initially, they offered 10%, then 30% back, which is absurd for a product that is unusable. I advise against buying from them.

If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. The product I received was completely different from what I ordered. I intended to gift it to my daughter and her fiancé on their wedding day, but it came with entirely different people depicted. I regret spending $70 on this rubbish. DO NOT ORDER OR USE ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE.
Today, I received my order and it is an absolute joke. It bears no resemblance to my family members and was advertised as 3D, but it’s just a flat, faded picture. I’m trying to reach customer service, but the only option is a messenger service, and they know nothing about this company.
Regarding my order of a 3D picture to statuette, one of my grandsons was included twice while the other was completely omitted. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. I even checked the picture, and both boys were included. Really??? This needs urgent attention.
I waited three weeks with no response, so I emailed them. They offered 70% of my refund, which I refused, and I told them I would escalate it through a payment service. They claimed it was due to material loss, but I replied that it was not my concern. This issue is still ongoing, but please do NOT make a purchase.
