Instead, I received a simple laminated photo attached to acrylic plastic — nothing at all like the detailed, high-quality product advertised. This feels completely misleading. The item appears cheap, poorly constructed, and far from the quality they guarantee. I reached out to the seller directly, but they refused to issue a full refund, despite the product clearly not aligning with their description. I even filed a claim through a payment service, but that was denied as well. Be cautious: do NOT purchase from this company. The quality is subpar, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is unhelpful. I feel cheated and I hope others do not have to endure the same situation.
