The app is quite good, and I appreciate the 8 payments method for its safety and reliability. However, I was disappointed with the lengthy refund process for a failed transaction from November 2. It took over a month for the refund to be processed and for my dashboard to reflect the cleared expenses. This delay impacted my Christmas shopping significantly. I believe there is room for improvement in this area.
