Zipair sent me an email the day before the flight that my flight was delayed 4 hours. This would cause me to miss the next flight, another flight booked under the same itinerary. By international law, they are required to rebook a flight for me in this situation. I sent an email regarding this. It took them 12 hours to respond. In the meantime, I spent over 6 hours waiting for and talking to chat agents, who first tried to insist they could only give me a refund, then insisted I had agreed to the refund, then handed me off to email, who handed me off to chat who handed me off to email. And no email has been replied to in less than 3 hours, and the email agents are never familiar with chat even and chat is never familiar with email. Their English comprehension is also very bad, missing basic details.
