The service has now cut off in-app phone support for all U.K. clients. If you face any problems, there's no way to reach them. They charge extra for roadside assistance but fail to provide it. If the vehicle is dirty when you pick it up, you can’t contact them. If something goes wrong, you’re left without help. This has turned into a huge joke. Avoid a car rental company that you can’t reach when issues arise. Like many others, if they find any issue, they will charge you the full amount without giving you a chance to contest it. I honestly wish I could rate them zero stars.
