The service informed me about parking fines almost a month later. By the time I was alerted, they had already paid the fines and closed the cases, giving me no chance to pay them myself at a lower rate. I already covered a towing fee, yet I was still billed excessively. Despite ending my trip correctly, they refused to take responsibility.
