The company has removed in-app phone support for all U.K. clients. If you experience any issues, you can no longer reach out to them. They charge extra for roadside assistance but fail to provide it. If the vehicle is unclean upon pickup, there’s no way to get in touch with them. If something goes wrong, you’re left without support. The service has become incredibly frustrating. Avoid using a car rental company that you can’t contact when issues arise. Similar to other reviews, if they discover any problems, they will charge you the full price without any prior notice to contest it. I genuinely wish I could rate them zero stars.
