The site is GOOD, I made 4 withdrawals of €700 each and everything always went smoothly. Initially, they ask for proof of payment and ID with a selfie ID photo. Withdrawals were always successful within 72 hours. The problem is that it takes two and a half days for them to pay, and being VIP 1/2, you can only withdraw €700 at a time and cannot request a new withdrawal until the previous one is completed. In other words, the site says they can process up to €3500 weekly, but if it takes 2 days, you can only get €1400. The site is very GOOD, maybe all the slots and live casino. I REALLY recommend it, BUT I have also contacted the superiors to improve withdrawal times. 5* I recommend

i deposite 130e with bonus money. 100%deposite bonus. I plyed few hours and i rise my balance 700e. I make mistake and cancelled bonis money and all my money went gone. Balance 0. I dont understand why even this kind bossibility exist, absolutly madness. How idiot wants give all his money away. ME. Absolute worst company I have dealt with by a lo g shot!Customer support is useless, unable to assist with anything. Not willing to make payment for customers after withdrawals and constantly moving the goal posts with the verification process. Nobody is able to assist, no managers available ever to raise concerns. Stay away! Disgraceful customer experience.
