I am very frustrated with the service I received regarding my recent order. Despite providing the correct delivery address at the time of purchase, the package was sent to a completely different location. The tracking proof shows a delivery photo and GPS location that is not my home. I contacted customer service for assistance, but their response has been inadequate. According to consumer rights law, the seller must ensure that the goods reach the customer. As I did not receive the item I paid for, this is a breach of contract. I am sharing this review in hopes that management will address this issue and either issue a full refund immediately or send a replacement to the correct address. I have documentation to support my case, including screenshots of the correct address versus the incorrect delivery location. I need this resolved promptly.
