I am very dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my recent order. Despite having provided the correct delivery address at the time of purchase (which is clearly noted in my order confirmation), the package was sent to a completely different location. I have reviewed the tracking information, and it indicates a delivery photo/GPS location that is not my residence. I have contacted customer service to address this issue, but their response has been inadequate so far. According to consumer rights law, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods reach the customer. Since I have not received the item I paid for, this constitutes a breach of contract. I am sharing this review in hopes that someone from management will take this seriously and either: Provide a full refund immediately, or Send a replacement via overnight service to the correct address. I have all the necessary documentation, including screenshots of the correct address from the order versus the incorrect delivery location. I would like this resolved without further delay.

I encountered numerous issues with my order. They sent me the wrong tracking number twice. Initially, I received a tracking number for my package, but when it didn't arrive, I contacted the postal service, which revealed that the recipient was someone else. The seller then promised to send another package. After a while, I still hadn't received anything and reached out again, only to be given yet another tracking number that led to a different location. Frustrated, I requested a refund, and they said it would take 5-15 days for the money to be returned. It's now been a month, and I still haven't received my refund.
My partner ordered a lighter from this site two weeks ago, and there's been no confirmation email. I've contacted them twice with no response. He paid a significant amount for the lighter and feels cheated by this company, so I strongly advise avoiding this site!
I experienced super fast delivery and received a nice lighter from their “Lucky Dip” option. Typically, I don't read reviews until after placing an order, and I was concerned after seeing all the negative feedback. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the DHL courier knocked on my door with my Zippo!
I ordered an expensive lighter, and DHL stated delivery was expected on August 27. Today is September 8, and all I've received is one email from the seller asking for patience. The lack of transparent communication is disappointing, and they should be ashamed of their poor consumer relations.

I have owned several lighters over the years, and this is only the second time I needed repairs. They truly stand out in terms of quality and service.
