Disappointed with Quality

My partner gifted me a lighter for Valentine's Day, but it arrived with a noticeable scratch on the lid. I did receive a refund, but I lost around £4.79 on return postage since they didn't provide a prepaid label. It's unfortunate that I had to pay to return a product that wasn't in good condition.
