I am very dissatisfied with the service I received regarding my recent order. Despite having provided the correct delivery address at the time of purchase (which is clearly noted in my order confirmation), the package was sent to a completely different location. I have reviewed the tracking information, and it indicates a delivery photo/GPS location that is not my residence. I have contacted customer service to address this issue, but their response has been inadequate so far. According to consumer rights law, the seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods reach the customer. Since I have not received the item I paid for, this constitutes a breach of contract. I am sharing this review in hopes that someone from management will take this seriously and either: Provide a full refund immediately, or Send a replacement via overnight service to the correct address. I have all the necessary documentation, including screenshots of the correct address from the order versus the incorrect delivery location. I would like this resolved without further delay.
