As a dental employer, there were no current candidates. ZipRecruiter gave several suggestions, but when I contacted them, the candidates were surprised they were still on there. Several removed themselves afterwards, but most didn't even bother. I was told I had a "free posting". I spent 3 days looking and after contacting dozens of candidates, gave up. I never "stopped the ad" because it was "free", yet when I received a $580 charge to my credit card, I called to see if this could be rectified, to which I was told that I had kept the job posting open, so therefore they couldn't. If you are a dentist, DO NOT USE ZIPRECRUITER. The candidates are not real and/or current.
