Their suggestions worked and we were able to get tenant soon after. My initial concern was whether it was safe for prospective tenants are touring without an agent. They have a pretty good processes in place ensuring the home is safe. They have a flat fee and no monthly admin fee for the tenant - which is great. One does not add to have multiple fees on top of the rent.
