I had a distressing experience with this service in Zanzibar. My airport transfer did not show up, leaving me isolated as a solo female traveler, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the airport in the early morning. There was no proactive communication, and when I reached out for assistance, I was told to arrange my own taxi and then the call ended abruptly while I was explaining my situation. No help, no backup, and no duty of care were offered. I had to pay for alternative transportation myself and have not received any refund or compensation for the distress caused. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
