Review Time
On arrival at Arrecife Airport no one there to greet us. Called help line who said they would call back but failed to do so. I phoned them again and said it would be 5 mins but still no one turned up. Spoke to a travel rep from another company that was there who contacted the driver and said another 15 minutes, overall delayed by 40 mins waiting for the driver to arrive at the airport.
We were supposed to be met by a driver with a sign with my name in it. I use a walking stick and can’t walk far but we had to walk up and down the arrivals area in Tenerife South Airport looking for the driver. Found him eventually after a phone call. He had a piece of paper with my name written faintly in pen. He was very friendly but it was exhausting trying to locate him. Then he couldn’t find the Apartment Complex even though we gave him the address and directions. So a disappointing experience
Used Zip for transfer to and from Lanzarote Airport and PDC. Service was excellent, very easy and reliable, drivers were courteous, chatty and friendly. We will defo use them again when we return to Lanzarote in November
we struggled to find the representative the card with our name on it was taped to a stand with no one there!
Then there was no vehicle - it took ages to come -
very ramshackled mini bus - we had chosen private transfer over the one included in our package as we wanted to gurantee a baby seat- It was a joke - aimed at a toddler not the 10 month old baby we had with us !
Whole experiance not great - they did come and get us on time going back to the airport - which was a plus
This was my first time arranging a private transfer, and the communication was excellent. There was a little confusion at the destination airport, but that was mainly due to our unfamiliarity with the location. The service was very courteous. The return pick-up from the hotel was punctual and the transport was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this service.

My airport transfer did not show up, leaving me stranded as a solo female traveler, 1 hour and 30 minutes away from the airport in the early morning. There was no proactive communication, and when I sought help, I was advised to find my own taxi and was abruptly hung up on while trying to explain my situation. There was no assistance, no backup, and no consideration for my safety. I had to pay for alternative transport out of my own pocket and have received no refund or compensation for the distress this caused. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

The drivers were friendly and accommodating, willing to adjust not only our pickup time but also the location. I highly recommend them.
