My first experience was great, which is why I ordered again. This time, only part of my order arrived, and while I tried to resolve it, the issues continued. Half of the payment was made, but there were further complications—payment not showing (luckily, we have a receipt), another delivery delay, and wrong order info in our email, though the system was clear. Now, my calls go unanswered or are on hold for too long. I've lost interest in receiving the rest of my order. My dealings with customer support have been disappointing; they should handle these situations better. I initially recommended this service to others, but they also encountered partial deliveries. I won't be recommending it in the future.
